How can i fit this text body to the printable area in booklet format?

 This text body size is too small for me. I wish to make it bigger so that all the half pages are fully occupied. I only have the downloaded pdf, the page dimensions are 8.5 x 11 inches and I have a Dell printer. I appreciate any help.
