The Performance optimization using Acrobat DC or Acrobat 11 is terrible. It took 13.5min to optimize a 14.3mb file using Adobe Acrobat Standard DC, Adobe Acrobat Pro DC or Adobe Acrobat 11 Pro. We took the same file and optimized it with Acrobat 9 and it took 3 minutes. Adobe DC / v11 reduced the file to 3.63mb and Adobe 9 reduced the file to 1.7mb. How do I improve the optimization performance? Taking 13min to optimize a file is unacceptable.
We set Optimization to reduce the file to its smallest size on both PCs

Hi there
Hope you are doing well and sorry for the delay.
If you are still experiencing this issue, please update the application to the recent version 23.08.20555, you may download the patch manually from the link (https://adobe.ly/49Sh5Dz) and reboot the computer once and check.
Also go to preferences (Ctrl,Cmd+K) > Page Display > Under Rendering, Uncheck 'Use Page Cache' > click OK and reboot the application and check.
Let us know how it goes.
