How can I limit the number of answers in forms?

Hello
I have a online form with dozens of products but I want customers to choose their 10 favorite products. However, the customer cannot choose less than 10 or more than 10 products. The choices are made using a checkbox. The form is then sent to us by email.
Is there any way to block the quantities on the form?

If you submit the file by a button, you can use a script to pop alert if quantities are not correct instead of submitting the form.

Since it's online, the script is not guaranteed to work, so keep that in mind.
