How can I provide an option to download the copy of bill in my starter websites?

Hello,

I hope so you all are doing well. I have websites like [links removed by moderator]. I am offering the services of bill checking. The people check the bill and complain that they cannot download the bill in PDF online. I tried different methods and modified the tool but all in vain. What should I do?

This is a web-server issue, not a PDF file issue. Basically, if they can see the file, they can download it (in fact, if they see they file, it's already downloaded to their computer). How they save it from that point depends on their browser and the PDF plugin used in it. If they can't see the PDF file at all it means you're not sending it to them correctly from your server.
