How can I set/change the page size in a PDF?

In Acrobat Pro I'm trying to edit an existing PDF by adding an additional page and adding an image to that new page.

When I do this using "Organize Pages > Insert > From File" then the created page will have the image's size.

When, instead, I use "Organize Pages > Insert > Empty Page", then I cannot set the page size.

So, how can I set or change the page size after it has been created?

I have developed a tool a while back that allows you to easily insert a blank page (or multiple pages) to an existing PDF file, and I just updated it so that you could also specify the dimensions of that page.

Sounds just like the solution I'm looking for to me.

But - don't get me wrong - I would have expected this to be built into Acrobat. For free, you know.

With the Crop Tool you can change the size of the empty page.
