Hi Galens,

As you have mentioned above when you move the cursor at the bottom of the page, the bar pop-ups.

It seems that you have moved the page controls out of the toolbar.

As you do not need that pop-up to appear there, you will need to move it back to the toolbar.

To move the page controls bar, click on the icon marked with a red rectangular box in the screenshot below.
