How do calculation fields disappear?

Hello,

I made a form in PRO and it works fine on my computer.  The calculation field order is correct, but the field functions disappear when the file is uploaded?

This is a link to the file:

Community Service Reporting Form

I also do not know why the boxes are on the lines but after the text is entered and you select another field, the text jumps up off the line?!?  I have done this same thing on a couple other forms and the same thing is happening... they work on the computer, but when uploaded to the web they fail to work.  That's if I even upload it because I tried adding files to a Facebook group I have and it did the same thing?!?

Thank in advance.

I also used the PICK option for the sum of the fields.

I believe I found part of my issue... it is the BROWSER.  I am using Safari and when I tried it on Chrome, it worked!

I have determined this in an Apple Safari issue... anyone have any additional information on this?

The file works if I use Chrome and also works on another Windows computer using Internet Explorer.  Is this a common problem or is it just an Apple thing?

Thank you.

As in viewers, you mean what exactly?

I have only heard that if you use older versions of PDF Reader you may experience issues with PDF's made by newer versions of Acrobat.  Essentially you get left behind if you do not upgrade...

E.g. Apple Safari uses a own PDF Viewer, not Adobe software.

Not very likely, unless you use a really old version. Basically if you open a PDF made in Acrobat using Reader it will almost always work perfectly.

I'd just add: unless you're using a mobile version.
