How do I add a clickable link on some text in a COMMENT pop up in Acrobat Pro 2020 version

What am I missing or failing to understand.  For education purposes for a student to press on a sticky note the teacher has added to the PDF and then click on further research articles etc.mentioned in the comment should be straight forward but I cant seem to work it out.  The link is on words in the comment not on the body text in the PDF.  Has anyone got a tutorial in YouTube maybe
