Hi!
I'm having some trouble with signing with a digital ID to a form.
I signed the form using my digital ID without an issue, but the challenge I'm having is the second approver who also needs to sign with their Digital ID is unable to. How am I supposed to send the document to someone else to use their Digital ID to sign after I have already used mine? Once the document was saved as a PDF that option was not available for them.
Thank you!!!

Make your e-signature service work on weekends (Sat, Sun). So far, I get 400 error when I try to send the agreements on Suday. SHAMBLES!

On one hand consider adding an extra empty signature field for the second signer before you sign your signature field. On the other hand make sure not to forbid form fill-ins and don't lock the form upon signing.

I have the second signers field already built on the form. Where should I look to ensure I didn't lock it?
Simply don't select "Lock the document" (or similar) when signing.
If you already don't, could you share an example PDF you signed like in your specific case? With that we can check whether the problem is actually at your end or alternatively at the end of the second signer.
Also are you sure you both sign using the Certificates tool? If one of you tried to use the Acrobat Sign Service, your have to overhaul the process.

Hi @jess_7999
Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Is the locking issue resolved for you? Please let me know if you are still facing the issue .
Thanks,
