I am using the demo Acrobat Pro DC until start our subscription later this week. When I add a button to a form I don't have the tab area to add actions, the only tabs available are the General, Appearance, Position, Options tabs. How do I add  that tab or add an action to a button that tab.

FYI- I am trying to make a Clear Form button.

Click on Tools - Prepare Form and then click on "More" at the right side of the window and then on "Revert to Acrobat Form".

Thanks. I'll mark this as correct but wanted to add to the explanation. Once I Reverted to Acrobat Form, I then opened the button properties and the Actions tab was present. From that point I could add actions to the button as I used to in Acrobat 9.

Thanks for the quick response to my post.
