After I create a form, how do I reset data fields to blank after I test them? I have completed checkboxes, and now I cannot figure out how to clear the checkboxes to leave the form blank for future use.

Hi Jeff:
Add a reset button that clears those fields, or any specific fields or all fields.

To reset the form without having to add a button, use the "Clear Form" option in the Acrobat "Prepare Form" mode.
