I want to clone a form field so that the user filling out the form does not have to retype their basic individually on each page. How do I do this?

Form fields are grouped by name, so as long as the form fields have the same name, the value of one field will be copied to the other.

In 'Prepare Form', you can either manually change the names to match (double-click on the fields to change the names), or you can copy-paste the field which will use the same name for the new field.

Make sure the name of the field is identical, if by copying or creating a new field by same name makes no difference.
