How do I convert a file to a PDF?

I have just one file to convert.  Do I need to to upgrade my plan from Adobe Export for just one conversion?

A drop box file containing jpegs.

You can Create PDFs using Adobe Acrobat not Adobe Reader.
You can also make PDFs using Photoshop, InDesign or Illustrator.

Can you please tell us more about file you need to convert?

You need either Acrobat or the PDF Pack online service.
