How do I create a link in a PDF document using Acrobat Pro DC?  Using the selection tool, I highlight the words that I want to become a link to a web page.  Then I use the Link tool and select Add/Edit Web or Document Link, but I am never given a place to enter the URL of the web page or document on the web.  A link is not created.
