How do I get to Adobe acrobat forum? I keep getting redirected here

I keep trying to go to the Adobe Acrobat forum but I keep getting redirected to this page which is not a support page. I have a fairly easy question but can't even get a chance to ask it. This is very frustrating. This does not seem to be the case with any of the other apps. Can anyone direct me where to go and maybe where I can place my complaint with Adobe?

You need to find a subspace that fits with what your question/issue is.

So, first go to the main Acrobat forum area: Acrobat

Then you can either pick from one of the three lists or click on the Subspaces button to show all of them.

See this example image:

Now, some of the subspaces are different from others. For some, they put search at the top and you can scroll down and click on the Still Have Questions button to start a post.

But some of them just have a spot to ask your question at the top. It'll also pull up search results while you type, but there is also a button to ask the question you're typing which then pulls up the forum post window. (Warning: doing it that way has often resulted in people putting their whole post in the title which isn't good.)

You might not even need to make a post at all. Many answers have been given here over the years and, if you've got a problem, it's likely others have too!

These are technically user-to-user forums and not an official way to contact Adobe. Granted, some Adobe employees do come in here (they're designated as STAFF in the same spot I'm designated an  ACP), but this is still mostly users helping each other.

If you need support help from Adobe, contact official Adobe support at this link.

If you just want to file a bug or make a feature request you can do so at this link. This usually won't get a response, but it is the only official way to get your issue in front of the product team.

Again, use support if you have a problem that can be fixed. Or, just post it here in the forums and your fellow users can try to help. If you get a bit more specific with your problem, a moderator can move this post to a more appropriate forum.

There are many Acrobat forums.  I've moved it to one of them.

Describe your problem and if necessary, a moderator can move it again.
