How do I have form fields export to Google Sheets?

I have four fields that when a user presses a button I'd like it to save to a corresponding Google Sheets. Is there any way to do this?

Actually there is. Submit the fields in HTML format to the google sheet. You need to figure out the URL of your google sheet. I believe there is an option for this in the GSheets tool. It's the same URL you'd put on an HTML form for submitting the data.

The names of the form fields have to match the names in the GSheet

I've been trying to do the same but received an Authorization Failure error. I've set the sharing rights on the sheet to anyone with the link can edit, but am having a difficult time researching Authorization Failure.

Any suggestions?

maybe a work-related issue...I set up the form and google sheet on my private Google account and it all works well.
