I've created a Webform for an Esthetics Service Intake system. It works well, but the client wants to be able to use a previousl filled in form, and allow the client to sign again on a new line when they come in for a new visit, while allowing for potential changes to previously filled in fields. Mostly, it will be for resigning the Authorization to perform the procedure the client wants. It's currently a 4 page form, with the last page simply being nothing but 15 signature fields. Each time the client comes in, they review the previous form, and sign again ion one of the new lines. Any help on this would be appreciated.
