I have a 60 page PDF created from different sized sheets of scanned paper. So some pages are 8 1/2 x 11, but others a 6 x 9 and 5 x 8.25 and A1.
Many of these original pages were scanned before I knew how to change my scanner's setting, so right now some of my 5 x 8.25 pages are coming up as 8 x 14.
Can I custom resize individual pages in my 60 page PDF?

OK. In that case you should be able to do it using the Scale Pages command of the Preflight tool.

That doesn't work. I need to scale specific pages to specific sizes. For
example: pages 2 & 3 need to be scaled from 8 x 14 to 5 x 8.25; but pages 7
& 8 need to be scaled to 6 x 9 etc etc. I'd like to manually scale each
page individually.

In that case check out this tool I've developed that allows you to do that: Custom-made Adobe Scripts: Acrobat -- Scale PDF Pages

I was hoping that I wouldn't have to separate out the pages. But I guess this is the only way. Thank you for your help.
