How do I scan A3 using Pro DC?

I have started using Pro DC and cant get my Brother MFC 6490 CW to scan an A3 sized sheet anymore.  Would anyone know why?

Please try option available in Troubleshooting tips for scanner issues when using Acrobat

If it doesn't work, please share following information to help us understand the issue:

- Acrobat version

- OS detail

- Scanning from Flatbed(glass) or Document feeder

- Was anything changed since it was working last time

- Scanner driver(Twain or ICA/WIA)
