How do I send an email document in pdf that isnt attached in a cloud format

Recently, using Adobe reader (free version)   I have been sending email PDF attachments for work after converting a word doc into PDF, however it sends as cloud link - how do I send a physical/traditional PDF attachment .

Would purchasing a version of Adobe help such as DC ? If not which one

THANKYOU IN ADVANCE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Hi Dan,

We are sorry for the trouble. As described, you want to send an email document in pdf that isn't attached in a cloud format.

Adobe Acrobat Reader DC is a freeware application with limited functionality. It is used for viewing, printing, signing, sharing, and annotating PDFs. We can not create PDFs using the freeware application. For more information please look at the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/in/reader/faq.html

To send the PDF as email attachment without the link please turn off the toggle for 'Attach a link' as shown below:
