Hi Alisap,

If you are trying to send multiple documents for signature, please take help of the steps mentioned in the help document provided below:

- Send PDF documents for signature, Adobe Acrobat

- Send for e-signature |

Just to inform you, a single document will be sent to the recipients.

I have checked that you have Adobe Acrobat Pro DC subscription that includes the individual Adobe Sign account.

If you are trying to send the documents to multiple recipients as an individual copy, that would not be possible in this account.

For that purpose, you will need the Adobe Sign Enterprise account.

Let us know if you have any questions or need any help

Regards,

Meenakshi

I have this same question. In previous versions of Adobe Sign, I could add several files to a envelope or request and once they were signed, the PDFs would arrive as separate email attachements or I could download them as separate PDFs from the completed section. Now Adobe Sign only allows me to process one document at a time. When I am logged in to Adobe Acrobat Pro, I can hover over the "E-Sign" tab and select Request e-ignatures, the box that pops up has a blue drop down to Select files (plural), but it only lets you select one. Also, Adobe sign used to let you select a file from your computer and then add document(s) from your Adobe Sign Library. So if I attach an offer letter from my PC and then add the standard NDA from my library and maybe another form, they would all come together as one package. This does not seem to be available any more. Please help.
