I imported a PDF and used Prepare and Edit to make the PDF into a fillable form. When I have the document open in Adobe Acrobat DC Pro, I can see the form boxes but I can't figure out how to export or share the document with the same form boxes. I tried File > Save as Other > Reader Extended PDF > Enable more tools (includes form fill-in & save) and then using Send & Track. Somehow I got to work once but I can't figure it out again.
Any and all help or suggestions are greatly appreciated!
