How do I stop Acrobat from sending a link

I want to send a .pdf not a link - how do I stop that and go back to the old way of doing it wil a file?!?

The link to a file does not work with dealing with clients who want the file instead of a link!

I have an email open and drag the file to the email and it is automatically uploading it to a clouud storage facility - I do not want that to happen - I just want the file to be sent to my client! 

Fix this mess, please!

Edit -> Preferences -> E-Mail Accounts -> Uncheck "Send link in attach to email".

ALSO, ADOBE.COM KEEPS MAKING NEW ACCOUNTS FOR ME! 

Are they breaking this company's products and website on purpose?
