How do I stop Adobe editing PDF on GDrive

I have PDF's saved on Drive. I open with Adobe and use Fill and sign feature. When I go back to Drive the original document is edited. How to stop this?

In the title of this post, you mentioned that files are saved in G-drive. Then you mention that when you open a file and use Fill and Sign for files from a drive and go back to the drive, files are edited. It is not clear when you open the file. Are you opening it from G-Drive or a local drive? 
One thing you need to check is whether files in G-Drive are part of your machine's backup; if that is the case, it is bound to happen.
