I remeber that I agreed to open all pdfs in editor, but I don't like it.
How do I turn it off?

Sorry for the delayed response.
We don't have an application named "Adobe Editor." If you are referring to Adobe Acrobat Pro, which allows you to edit PDFs, then it can't be done on a file basis; this feature is operating system-bound.
Operating systems, whether Windows or Mac OS, allow you to set file associations based on file type, not file basis.
So, you can open all PDF files in Acrobat or manually choose an app to open the file with.

Every pdf document opend in adobe editor, where you can change the format to word or excel.
