How do open password protected pdf if I forgot password in Acrobat Reader DC.

For the most part, you cannot. Adobe does not keep a "backdoor" for users' passwords.

However, I have heard that some other companies' PDF readers can bypass passwords. I have no knowledge of which ones can do this, only stories.
