Hello,

I am new to adobe, is there any videos from 2024 that showcase how to perform these actions? I'm trying to hover my mouse over an image and i want it to pop-up on the page bigger to read. Is there any good videos on how to understand how to use indesign?

So, Adobe is the name of a company, not a product.  This forum is for the Adobe Product named Acrobat, which is a PDF viewing and editing tool.

InDesign is a document creation tool. It has a separate forum.  InDesigns document can be converted to PDF for distribution. So there is a relationship, but they are different tools.

That would be Acrobat Pro.

To create the behavior you've described the image needs to be in a form field.  There are a couple of different solutions.

1. Use JavaScript. However, the Acrobat scripting model is not universal. This functionality would only work when the PDF is viewed in a compliant PDF viewer. Mainly Acrobat Pro/Reader, and a few other desktop tools.

2. Use the "Show/Hide a Field" action on the Mouse enter and exit events of the image field to show and hide a larger image field.  This is a fairly simple approach that should work on a larger set of PDF viewers than the scripted solution.
