How does one export a hyperlink/URL FROM a PDF TO a website?

I want to use hyperlinks/links within a PDF (like from the Table of Contents that jumps to specified pages within the PDF) externally on a website. The resulting action would be to be able to use a hyperlink on a website to link to a specific page within the desired PDF. Is that possible with Adobe Pro?

Yes, but it will only work if the file is opened in an Adobe application by the end-user.

Add "?page=X" to the end of the URL to point to a specific page in the PDF file.
