How not to show date with e-signatures?

I posted this question before but have not received a reply.

 

Is there a way not to automatically display the date with the e-signature?  I sometimes send out documents to be pre-signed and do not want the date of the person e-signing to be displayed (see example attached). I'm using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.

This is not something you can set up as the author of the form. It's up to the user to create an Appearance for their digital signature profile that doesn't display the date and time. You can instruct them on how to do it, but you can't do it for them, or force them to do it.
