How not to show date with e-signatures?

Is there a way not to automatically display the date with the e-signature?  I sometimes send out documents to be pre-signed and do not want the date of the person e-signing to be displayed (see example attached).

When you post a question you always need to tell the Adobe program you are using
There are MANY programs in a full subscription, plus other non-subscription programs
