How to add a page to a PDF form I'm creating?

I am creating my first PDF form and have come to the end of the first page.  I cannot scroll onto another and I cannot seem to work out how to add a second page to my form.  All advice welcomed, thank you

You can add a empty page at Tools > Organize Pages.

Are you creating the form in Acrobat from scratch? That's a very bad idea...
