How to add a video

Hello,
I would like to add a video to my PDF and have therefore purchased the Adobe Acrobat Pro version.
However, the option "Add Rich Media" is not displayed anywhere as described in the help and tutorials.

The best plan I have found when I can't find a tool is to search for it, by searching for "Rich" I was able to find this see Rich media.pdf, and when this was clicked on it opened up this set of tools :

It is available at "All Tools".
