How to Automatically Batch Certifying Multiple PDFs?

I have PDF forms that I need to add my certificevery week. Generally it's between 10-20 but can get as high as 70. Is there a way I can automate going through a batch of PDFs and putting the certification on each of them in a specific place of the PDF page?
