I need to change my password to access my files. Can someone help wither process?

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

Have you applied the password to the PDF file and forgot it to open the PDF file? If yes, you need to recreate the PDF from the original source file, as we do not keep a track of the passwords applied by the users to protect the PDF files.

If you remember the old password an want to change it, please go through the help page https://adobe.ly/4aCKHoE and see if that works.
