I downloaded a Will PDF, I removed text that I felt didn't apply to me on seveal pages, moved text around and now have 4 pages down from the orginal 6 pages. Can I change the Numbered list that spans over multiple pages? I have found the instructions how to edit/remove the Numbered List per page by selecting then choose "--" There's two types, Roman and A, B, C Numbered lists spanning pages.
If nothing, how do I manually enter numbered text?

I have access to Acrobat 2020 and Word.
Thank you!

Convert the PDF to a Word file, make the changes there, then create a new PDF. Keep the Word file in case you want to make any changes to it in the future.

Might be a nusance but there's only four pages--simply edit the pdf.
The alpha lists auto updated when I deleted some passages; the roman lists did not.

i gave up and quit. the next day i opened the pdf and the Numbered List was correct on all pages. it appears closing the document executes a backend update. funny how i searched for days in acrobat help and nothing spoke of this. when i have time i'm going to test this again. i don't think i accidently touched a key that renumbered the entire pdf.
