How to combine multiple signed forms into one multipage pdf document.

Hello, 

Can anyone tell me how to combine multiple signed pdf forms into one multipage pdf document? Every time I try, it says it needs a password. I created these forms myself, but I don't know the password. Thoughts?

What do you mean by "signed". Be specific about how the forms were created originally.  Signing can mean different things.

You may try creating a PDF portfolio as described here https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/create-customize-pdf-portfolios.html and see if that works.
