How to combine PDFs in Acrobat?

Community Beginner ,
Oct 31, 2025 Oct 31, 2025

Hi everyone! I’m trying to merge multiple PDF files into one document using Adobe Acrobat, but I’m not sure about the exact steps. Can someone guide me on how to combine PDFs efficiently in Acrobat (either Standard or Pro version)? Any tips for maintaining file quality and page order would be appreciated. Thanks!

@ali_9656 the best tool would be the 'Combine Files' tool. You're in luck, here is a recent tutorial,

Another method, besides the one @creative explorer linked to, is to simply open the first file, open the pages panel, and drag the files into the pages panel in order you want them.  This method does not create bookmarks like the Combine Files tool does.
