Hello,
it's kind of strange that today you need to contact a the "support community" in order to get information how to contact the enterprise support as a paid customer.
The situation:
A customer is using Adobe Acrobat 2020 and we are facing issues licensing the product in a VDI (virtual desktop infrastructure), running ~1.600 desktops based on Vmware Horizon.
As Adobe Acrobat 2020 is still under active Core Support until 01.06.2025 ( https://helpx.adobe.com/de/support/programs/eol-matrix.html ) but I was unable to find any information how to get this support, I hope that either Adobe is also looking into this forum or a better informed community member is able to help.
We are using nonpersistent linked clone desktops and therefore need to find the proper license mechanism to use Adobe Acrobat in this environment.

There's no email support.
There might be other ways to contact Enterprise support, but I'm not familiar with that...
