How to convert multiple files to PDFs in bundle?

I have Adobe Arobat Pro and i'm tring to convert files from PDF to Word. Is there any utility (like a macro) that can convert my files (approx 200+ files) without having to go and do each one seperately?

In Acrobat Pro you can use the Action Wizard.
