There is an extension for OpenOffice.org 4 that can import PDFs into OpenOffice. You will have to download it and install it to your version of OpenOffice. It works best if the PDF was created wit OpenOffice or has the OpenOffice document embedded in the PDF. Note that OpenOffice creates a hybrid PDF. This will not work with forms created using LiveCycle.
