How to create separate documents from one scan session

We use Adobe Acrobat DC and would like to separate documents while using a sanner to input during one scannig session. In other words, how do we create separate documents if we are scanning 200 pages and within the pages there are 4 separate documents of various sizes. Is there a way to separate them similar to to separateing them usng patch codes or bar codes or some other way such as unique text  to identifying a page to separate the documents?   Additionally, is there a way to separate PDF documents into multile documents using a unique page or text?

You can split a multipage document into smaller documents using Tools> Organize pages> Split. Adding bookmarks will allow you to determine where to make the cuts.
