I'm using Acrobat Pro 2017 to prepare a fillable form using the Tools > Prepare Form option.

I have added a Signature field. However, not all of my recipients are able to sign the form. Some of them don't have Acrobat and so are opening the form with a browser or Mac Preview.

How can I create a Signature form that is usable on any platform? Ideally it would give the options to upload an image of the user's signature, draw it with a mouse, or use a digital ID.

Please help!

You can't. Many PDF viewers don't support all features, or support them very poorly.

If you want it to work correctly instruct them to use Adobe Reader, and not on a mobile device.
