Does anyone know how to turn these [video action confirmation messages] off (please see pics)? It happens when you touch to engage the video to play it. It first says "connecting...". Then after it plays, it says, "stopped...." We've literally been going through the preferences for hours trying to troubleshoot this and have turned off most everything we can think of in the preferences pane. Nothing seems to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated!Screen Shot 2022-09-28 at 4.04.58 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-09-28 at 4.04.40 PM.png

Is this a PDF file? If so, in what application are you opening it, and on what platform?

This is full-screen mode in Acrobat Pro DC on a PC for an interactive display. It is built in InDesign though, then exported as an interactive PC. Since Adobe has deprecated many of the interactive features, we've had more and more trouble getting these to work correctly, so now we place the video inside of Acrobat using the rich media tools, and then resave it.

I should point out that it does happen on our Macs briefly, only once, but we're running souped-up M1s. So we think the process is so fast, it doesn't happen after the first initial load on those. I've literally gone through every preference setting that I can think of in Acrobat Pro, and tried every suggestion I can find online. Sometimes it's a matter of not knowing what this particular thing is called to do a proper search, but I can find nothing on it in the documentation from Adobe either, even when I search for "connected..." and "stopped...".

Just reaching out to see if anyone has found a way to turn these off. It does in fact happen on Mac versions as well.
