How to disable recommended text when using Fill & Sign, Add Text?

Trying to disable this feature where the pop-up box appears below the text I add to suggest previous text similar to what I typed when using the Fill & Sign function. I've provided a picture for better explaination. Thank you for any guidance!

You can clear and disable this at your settings:
