@Cheerful_thinking1463  Acrobat doesn't offer a direct setting to completely disable this specific properties box from appearing automatically when you create a Text Callout.

A possible workaround to minimize its impact is to adjust your workflow slightly. Instead of immediately interacting with the pop-up after placing the callout, you can simply click anywhere outside of the box to dismiss it. You can then proceed to type your text within the callout. If you need to adjust the text properties later, you can easily select the text within the callout and then the properties box will reappear, allowing you to make your desired changes. This way, the box only appears when you actually need to modify the text formatting, rather than interrupting your initial text entry.
