How to disable the pop-up "X" button...

I've created a touchscreen information system 11 years ago and now see that when the user touches a non-button portion of the screen an "X" pops up in the upper right corner, allowing the user to close the window.

I have never seen this before and it is NOT something I want the user to be able to do.

How do I disable it?

Disregard my post...I figured it out.

Check "Hide menu bar" in document properties.
