HOW TO DUPLICATE TEXT ACROSS MULTIPLE PDF'S

New Here ,
Apr 25, 2021 Apr 25, 2021

I have 12 PDF's and I need to enter the exact same info, in the exact same place, on each form. I've gotten to "Prepare Form" and have figured out how to select "Duplicate Across Page" but now those text boxes (highlighted in blue on the picture below) are printing blank. In the "Text Field Properties" I have selected the "Form Field" to be "Visible" and in the "Print Properties" I have selected "Document and Markups" under "Comments & Forms".

Lastly how do I "Duplicate Across Page" my initials? adobe .png

Form fields when copied from one page and pasted on different pages, retain the same location on the other pages too. Please refer: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/whats-new/2020-august.html#Improvedexperiencewhilepastingtheco...

Looking at the PDF above, it looks like it's an image or an annotation and not a form field.

A workaround is to try to edit the PDF and copy the required image and paste it across or other pages and adjust the placement manually.

Thanks,
Rave

Does you use a form field for the initials?

What you added is not a field, but a comment or an image. Comments can be duplicated across pages, but it's trickier and requires a script. I recommend you use an image field (a button, really), set its image as a scan of your initials and then duplicate that, or use a text field with a "hand-written" font and do the same.
