How to email PDF document to multiple recipients via Submit Form?

I have created a Submit Form in PDF document, What I wish is to specify multiple email addresses?

What delimiter should I use to separate one email address to another?

Is this correct?

mailto:email_address1@domain.com,email_address2@domain.com

In the example above, I used comma (,).
