How to Enhance or Fix a File

Hi!  

I get files that are crooked, lying down, sideways, etc.  I need to bring it forward (and/or straighten it out) so it looks correct/flat on the page.  Below is an example.  How do I do that? 

I'm using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.
