How to fix regularity fails when there are merged cells in a table?

I have a table that has 8 columns and 18 rows. there are about 6 rows that are merged on most, some all columns, because they share the same data (instead of repeating that data in every cell).

The table form values are informative data. They are rates. Since each row is an individual "fund", some rates are the same as the one above (or below), etc. Hence, why the table cells of two or more rows are merged, if they are the same rates.

I scoped the THs for each column, as well as the TH for the first column, which are the table headers for each of those rows. However, since some are merged, it is causing the error in regularity.

Is this something that can be skipped? Or is there a way to work around this?
